Whether you are planning to start your business or are already operating one, it is worth spending some time working out your own business plan.
ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Hong Kong and SUCCESS have jointly drawn up a business plan template and an illustrative business plan to provide SMEs with some general guidelines and tips on writing a business plan. You may make reference to the template to tailor your own business plan for internal use, or for your communication with external parties including banks, financial institutions and potential investors in raising capital for development and growth of the business. But please note that a business plan DOES NOT guarantee a higher chance of getting the external funding.
