You will sell restricted foods such as live fish or shell fish for consumption off the premises.

You will manufacture/import and distribute glass-bottled beverages, including ready-to-serve drinks (e.g. alcoholic drink, water, soft drink, juice, coffee, tea, soybean and dairy-based drink) and concentrated instant drinks (e.g. concentrated juice, fruit vinegar and grapefruit honey).

You will import, manufacture, repackage, supply, store or sell registered pesticides.

You will possess any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.

You will operate a kiddie ride on your premise.

You will sell medicine listed as Part 2 Poisons under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, Cap. 138.

Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.

Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.

You will bake bread or other bakery products for sale at any premises.

You will sell bottled milk, for instance, milk, reconstituted milk or milk requiring storage under refrigeration.

You will sell frozen confections, for consumption off the premises.

You will sell non-bottled drinks, for instance, fresh fruit juice, diluted drinks prepared from concentrated fruit juice or syrup, soya bean juice etc, for immediate consumption.

You will sell restricted foods such as cut fruit, live fish or shell fish for consumption off the premises.

You will prepare, manufacture, further process or pack food for sale for human consumption off the premises.

You will manufacture any frozen confections.

You will sell food/drinks from a vending machine.
