You will export (except in transit or transhipment) a genetically modified (GM) organism for release into the environment (including cultivating GM plants in open farmland, stocking or releasing GM animals in open or semi-open environment, or displaying GM flowers or potted plants in open environment).
You will need Phytosanitary Certificate for re-exporting any plants to importing countries which require the Certificate.
You will need Phytosanitary Certificate for exporting any plants to importing countries which require the Certificate.
Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.
Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.
You will import or export a genetically modified organism.
