Stone Blasting, Crushing & Cutting (Site Construction Work)

You will manufacture bulk explosives at blast sites.
You will store explosives (including safety cartridges and manufactured fireworks).

You will construct or operate a designated project listed in Part I of Schedule 2 or to decommission a designated project listed in Part II of Schedule 2 of Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (Cap. 499).
You will sell or lease a Non-road Mobile Machinery (NRMM), including regulated machines and non-road vehicles, for use in Hong Kong. / You will use or cause to be used a NRMM in a specified activity/location (including airport's restricted area, port facilities, construction sites and designated waste disposal facilities).
