Film, Video & TV Programme Studio - Production & Processing, except TV Broadcasting

You will use explosives in Hong Kong (for non-blasting, e.g. smoke canisters, flares, etc) .

You will engage in dropping of parachutes or other articles from aircraft

You will take aerial photograph or conduct aerial survey in HK Territories.

You will manufacture explosives in Hong Kong (execpt blast sites).

You will carry on any activity for the purpose of, or incidental to, any business within a country park or special area, e.g. commercial filming.

You will undertake any business activity within a Marine Park or Marine Reserve designated area.

You will dispose of or reprocess or re-cycle any chemical waste.

You will produce or cause chemical wastes to be produced (include storage, package, labelling and disposal).

You will collect, remove and transport any chemical waste.

You will, as a chemical waste producer, store chemical waste in any containers with a capacity exceeding 450 litres.

You will use any modified firearms and blank ammunition for TV/film shooting.

You will use pyrotechnics materials and other special effects materials for the production of special effects for films, commercials, TV programmes, videos, internet videos, stage performances, festival celebrations, banquets or special events/ocassions.

You will need assistance from Police Force (Wearing uniform, hiring of police premises or using modified firearms and blank ammunition) for films, commercials, TV programmes or stage performances.

Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.

Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.

You will have film for public exhibition in Hong Kong.

You will display any advertising materials of film classified by the Film Censorship Authority as Category III.
