Non-Chinese Restaurants, e.g. Korean/Mongolian Grill, Japanese Restaurants or Sushi Bar

You will manufacture/import and distribute glass-bottled beverages, including ready-to-serve drinks (e.g. alcoholic drink, water, soft drink, juice, coffee, tea, soybean and dairy-based drink) and concentrated instant drinks (e.g. concentrated juice, fruit vinegar and grapefruit honey).

Your workplace is an industrial undertaking (including factories and catering establishments) as interpreted under the Factories and Industrial Undertaking Ordinance, Cap. 59.

You will install or alter chimney, oven or furnace with consumption rate exceeding 25 litres (liquid), 35 kilograms (solid) or 1150 Megajoules (gas) per hour.

Your business will be in breach of conditions of the lease governing the concerned land and building.

Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.

Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.

You will sell liquor at any premises for consumption on those premises.

You will import frozen/chilled meat and poultry.

You will conduct the business of a karaoke establishment in a licensed restaurant.

You will carry on food importation/distribution business.

You will use open area outside the restaurant premises for alfresco dining business.
