Airline Service - Passenger & Cargo Air Transport

You will construct or operate a designated project listed in Part I of Schedule 2 or to decommission a designated project listed in Part II of Schedule 2 of Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (Cap. 499).
You will register your aircraft in Hong Kong.(Reg)

You will carry any Munitions of War (MUW) in an aircraft.

Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.
Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.
You will operate Hong Kong registered aircraft.(FCL)
You will carry any cargos, couriers or express parcels on passenger or cargo flight of airlines.
You will carry any Dangerous Goods in an aircraft.
You will sell or lease a Non-road Mobile Machinery (NRMM), including regulated machines and non-road vehicles, for use in Hong Kong. / You will use or cause to be used a NRMM in a specified activity/location (including airport's restricted area, port facilities, construction sites and designated waste disposal facilities).
You will import, use, tranship and supply any asbestos and/or asbestos containing materials.
You will conduct Dangerous Goods Training Programme in Hong Kong under the Dangerous Goods (Consignment by Air) (Safety) Regulations (i.e. Cap. 384A of the Laws of Hong Kong) (For Shippers and Freight Forwarders)
You will conduct Dangerous Goods Training Programme in Hong Kong under Regulation 8(3) of Schedule 16 to Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (i.e. Cap. 448C of the Laws of Hong Kong) (For Aircraft Operators, Ground Handling Agents and Security Agents)
