You will re-export live or dead toothfish items, including any flesh or other part (whether raw, or in any way processed or preserved)

You will import/introduce from the sea any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.

You will export/re-export any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.

You will possess any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.

You will need the Re-export Cerificate for re-exporting any non-CITES species or species not yet controlled under Cap. 586 as required by the place of import.

You will conduct any specified process listed in the Air Pollution Control Ordinance.

You will install or alter chimney, oven or furnace with consumption rate exceeding 25 litres (liquid), 35 kilograms (solid) or 1150 Megajoules (gas) per hour.

Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.

Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.

You will need Health Certificate for Foods of Animal Origin for exporting food with ingredients of animal and certifying that you have met the veterinary health requirement of the importing countries/places.

You will carry on food importation/distribution business.

You will import or export a genetically modified organism.

You will import live or dead toothfish items, including any flesh or other part (whether raw, or in any way processed or preserved)

You will export live or dead toothfish items, including any flesh or other part (whether raw, or in any way processed or preserved)

You will re-export live or dead toothfish items, including any flesh or other part (whether raw, or in any way processed or preserved)
