Airline Service - Air Cargo Terminal Operation & Ground Handling Service

You will import, export or re-export any wastes.

You will import/introduce from the sea any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.
You will export/re-export any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.
You will need the Re-export Cerificate for re-exporting any non-CITES species or species not yet controlled under Cap. 586 as required by the place of import.
You will deal with controlled chemicals listed under Schedule 1, 2, or 3 to the Control of Chemical Ordinance, Cap. 145.
You will store or keep Schedule 1 or 2 controlled chemicals listed under the Control of Chemical Ordinance, Cap. 145.
You will export Schedule 1, 2 or 3 controlled chemicals listed under the Control of Chemicals Ordinance, Cap. 145.
You will import Schedule 1 or 2 controlled chemicals listed under the Control of Chemicals Ordinance, Cap. 145.
You will remove any Schedule 1 or 2 controlled chemicals listed under the Control of Chemicals Ordinance, Cap. 145 which are being transhipped.
Your warehouse is located at airport/container terminal to provide public storage of any liquor with an alcoholic strength over 30% by volume, tobacco, methyl alcohol or hydrocarbon oil (aircraft spirit, motor spirit or light diesel oil).
You will move or transport explosives, fireworks, safety cartridge or pyrotechnics on land.
You will dispose of or reprocess or re-cycle any chemical waste.
You will produce or cause chemical wastes to be produced (include storage, package, labelling and disposal).
You will, as a chemical waste producer, store chemical waste in any containers with a capacity exceeding 450 litres.
You will transship or transit any non-pesticide hazardous chemicals pursuant to the Hazardous Chemicals Control Ordinance.
You will establish, operate private portable transceivers.
You will import any ozone depleting substances (e.g. HCFCs, methyl bromide).
You will export any ozone depleting substances (e.g. HCFCs, methyl bromide).
You need to register under the Ozone Layer Protection Ordinance.
You are a carrier that tranships pharmaceutical products, medicines, rice, frozen or chilled meat and poultry, Chinese herbal medicines, proprietary Chinese medicines, powdered formula, or rough diamonds.
Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.
Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.
You will import, export, carry (including transit and transhipment), buy or sell rough diamonds in your business operation.
You will carry any cargos, couriers or express parcels on passenger or cargo flight of airlines.

You will sell or lease a Non-road Mobile Machinery (NRMM), including regulated machines and non-road vehicles, for use in Hong Kong. / You will use or cause to be used a NRMM in a specified activity/location (including airport's restricted area, port facilities, construction sites and designated waste disposal facilities).
You will import, use, tranship and supply any asbestos and/or asbestos containing materials.
You will conduct Dangerous Goods Training Programme in Hong Kong under the Dangerous Goods (Consignment by Air) (Safety) Regulations (i.e. Cap. 384A of the Laws of Hong Kong) (For Shippers and Freight Forwarders).
You will conduct Dangerous Goods Training Programme in Hong Kong under Regulation 8(3) of Schedule 16 to Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (i.e. Cap. 448C of the Laws of Hong Kong) (For Aircraft Operators, Ground Handling Agents and Security Agents).
You will import live or dead toothfish items, including any flesh or other part (whether raw, or in any way processed or preserved)
