You will carry out any work involving the handling of asbestos containing materials.

You will, as a chemical waste producer, store chemical waste in any containers with a capacity exceeding 450 litres.

You will install or alter chimney, oven or furnace with consumption rate exceeding 25 litres (liquid), 35 kilograms (solid) or 1150 Megajoules (gas) per hour.

You will employ competent person to operate your boiler or steam receiver.

You will use any boilers (including thermal oil heater and pressure cookers), pressure vessels (such as steam receivers, air receivers, pressure vessels for human occupancy, vulcanizers (AR) and pressurized bulk tanks, other than pressurised fuel containers) or steam containers.

You will carry out any excavation in unleased land other than streets maintained by Highway Department.

You will establish, operate a private mobile radio system.

You will establish, operate private portable transceivers.

You want to employ a Licensed Plumber.

Your structure will require any temporary exemption from the Airport Height Restrictions (including piling machine, crane, or any building structure projecting skywards).

Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.

Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.

You will carry out any underground works.

You will deliver public fill to public fill reception facilities for dumping.

You will carry out any notifiable work stipulated in APCO(CD)R.

You will require to make notification under Section 17 for Part A Chemical Wastes.

You will apply for a Certificate of Compliance Registration, submit a Form of Compliance or carry out energy audit in accordance with the Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance.

You need to make or maintain excavation on streets maintained by Highways Department.

You need to carry out expressway works as defined under Section 122 of Cap 374 Road Traffic Ordinance.

You need to carry out works within the Tsing Ma Control Area.

You need to carry out works within the Tsing Sha Control Area.

You will sell or lease a Non-road Mobile Machinery (NRMM), including regulated machines and non-road vehicles, for use in Hong Kong. / You will use or cause to be used a NRMM in a specified activity/location (including airport's restricted area, port facilities, construction sites and designated waste disposal facilities).
