You will provide non-franchised public bus service for the carriage to or from a school, university or other educational establishment of students thereof, persons accompanying or in charge of such students or who teach at the school, university or other educational establishment.

You will provide car hiring service for the carriage of guests exclusively of a hotel.

You will provide car hiring service for the carriage of tourists exclusively of a travel agent.

You will provide limousine car hiring services.

You will operate private limousine car for the provision of cross-border service.

You will provide private light bus service (except school private light bus service).

Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.

Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.

You will provide non-franchise public bus service for employees.
