You will need Sanitary Certificate for Products of Animal Origin for exporting animals by-products (bones/oils/shark fins) to countries which require the Certificate.
You will import any dogs or cats from overseas.
You will import animals or birds from overseas.
You will import mammals from the Mainland and/or you will import animal products.
You will need the Animal Health Certificate for exporting live animals and certifying that you have met the veterinary health requirements imposed by the importing countries.
You will import/introduce from the sea any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.
You will export/re-export any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.
You will possess any endangered species of animals/plants, alive or dead, parts (e.g. meat/skin/hair/leather/teeth/tusk), or their derivatives.
You will need the Re-export Cerificate for re-exporting any non-CITES species or species not yet controlled under Cap. 586 as required by the place of import.
Your business entity will operate as a company with limited liability in Hong Kong.
Your company is incorporated outside Hong Kong and planning to establish a place of business in Hong Kong.
You will release genetically modified (GM) organism (including cultivating GM plants in open farmland, stocking or releasing GM animals/fishes in open or semi-open environment, or displaying GM flowers or potted plants in open environment) or import for release a genetically modified organism into Hong Kong's environment.
You will export (except in transit or transhipment) a genetically modified (GM) organism for release into the environment (including cultivating GM plants in open farmland, stocking or releasing GM animals in open or semi-open environment, or displaying GM flowers or potted plants in open environment).
You will import or export a genetically modified organism.
You will be performing experiments on living vertebrate animals that are calculated to cause pain.
