Customer Liaison Group for SMEs

The Trade and Industry Department (TID) is responsible for conducting Hong Kong's international trade relations, implementing trade policies and agreements, as well as providing general support services for industries and SMEs. With a view to further improving its services, a Customer Liaison Group for SMEs is in place to serve as an additional channel of communication between the Department and SME customers.

Objective:

• To provide feedback to TID on its existing SME services;
   
• To advise TID on how to enhance services, taking into account SMEs' needs; and
   
• To discuss issues pertinent to raising SMEs' awareness of the services, fostering customer relationship and enhancing customer satisfaction, such as publicity, communication channels and customer surveys.
